Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, May 2011
The three months ended May 2011 reflected a 21,2% decrease in the total number of civil summonses issued for debt compared with the three months ended May 2010. A year-on-year decrease of 27,5% was recorded in May 2011.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 25,1% for the three months ended May 2011 compared with the three months ended May 2010. A year-on-year decrease of 16,4% was recorded in May 2011.
There was a 19,6% decrease in the total value of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended May 2011 compared with the three months ended May 2010. A year-on-year decrease of 10,8% was recorded in May 2011.
