Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, April 2011
The three months ended April 2011 reflected a 16,6% decrease in the total number of civil summonses issued for debt compared with the three months ended April 2010. A 25,1% year-on-year decrease was recorded in April 2011.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 27,8% for the three months ended April 2011 compared with the three months ended April 2010. A 36,3% year-on-year decrease was recorded in April 2011.
There was a 23,7% decrease in the total value of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended April 2011 compared with the three months ended April 2010. A year-on-year decrease of 25,8% was recorded in April 2011.
