Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, March 2011
The first quarter of 2011 reflected a 13,4% decrease in the total number of civil summonses issued for debt compared with the first quarter of 2010. A 10,8% year-on-year decrease was recorded in March 2011.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 21,3% for the first quarter of 2011 compared with the first quarter of 2010. A 22,1% year-on-year decrease was recorded in March 2011.
There was a 22,4% decrease in the total value of civil judgements recorded for debt for the first quarter of 2011 compared with the first quarter of 2010. A year-on-year decrease of 22,2% was recorded in March 2011.
