Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, January 2011
The three months ended January 2011 reflected a 14,8% decrease in the total number of civil summonses issued for debt compared with the three months ended January 2010. A decrease of 16,4% was recorded between January 2010 and January 2011.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended January 2011 decreased by 20,3% compared with the three months ended January 2010. A decrease of 15,9% was recorded between January 2010 and January 2011.
There was a decrease of 21,5% in the total value of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended January 2011 compared with the three months ended January 2010. A 20,9% decrease was recorded between January 2010 and January 2011.
