Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, November 2010
The three months ended November 2010 reflected a 9,7% decrease in the total number of civil summonses issued for debt compared with the three months ended November 2009. A year-on-year decrease of 15,3% was recorded in November 2010 for the total number of civil summonses issued for debt.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt decreased by 15,7% in the three months ended November 2010 compared with the three months ended November 2009. A 19,7% year-on-year decrease was recorded in November 2010.
There was a 19,7% decrease in the total value of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended November 2010 compared with the same period in 2009. A decrease of 26,1% was recorded between November 2009 and November 2010.
