Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, August 2010
The three months ended August 2010 reflected a 13,8% decrease in the total number of civil summonses issued for debt compared with the three months ended August 2009. A decrease of 11,8% was recorded between August 2009 and August 2010.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended August 2010 decreased by 9,2% compared with the three months ended August 2009. A decrease of 20,9% was recorded between August 2009 and August 2010.
There was a 13,1% decrease in the total value of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended August 2010 compared with the three months ended August 2009. A decrease of 22,5% was recorded between August 2009 and August 2010.
