Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, July 2010
The three months ended July 2010 reflected a 6,9% decrease in the total number of civil summonses issued for debt compared with the three months ended July 2009. A decrease of 20,5% was recorded between July 2009 and July 2010.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended July 2010 increased by 3,3% compared with the three months ended July 2009. An increase of 5,1% was recorded between July 2009 and July 2010.
There was a 7,0% decrease in the total value of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended July 2010 compared with the three months ended July 2009. A decrease of 1,5% was recorded between July 2009 and July 2010.
