Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, June 2010
The second quarter of 2010 reflected a 4,6% increase in the total number of civil summonses issued for debt compared with the second quarter of 2009. A decrease of 11,0% was recorded between June 2009 and June 2010.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt for the second quarter of 2010 increased by 4,9% compared with the second quarter of 2009. A decrease of 3,7% was recorded between June 2009 and June 2010.
There was a 9,2% decrease in the total value of civil judgements recorded for debt for the second quarter of 2010 compared with the second quarter of 2009. A decrease of 12,3% was recorded between June 2009 and June 2010.
