Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, October 2009
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt for the three months ended October 2009 increased by 9,1% compared with the three months ended October 2008. There was also a 3,6% increase between October 2008 and October 2009.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended October 2009 increased by 17,0% compared with the three months ended October 2008. There was also an 18,1% increase between October 2008 and October 2009.
The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended October 2009 increased by 34,0% compared with the three months ended October 2008. There was also a 39,5% increase between October 2008 and October 2009.
