Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, July 2009
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt for the three months ended July 2009 increased by 12,5% compared with the three months ended July 2008. There was also a 20,9% increase between July 2008 and July 2009.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended July 2009 increased by 7,7% compared with the three months ended July 2008. There was also a 12,9% increase between July 2008 and July 2009.
The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended July 2009 increased by 15,9% compared with the three months ended July 2008. There was also an 11,0% increase between July 2008 and July 2009.
