Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, April 2009
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt for the three months ended April 2009 increased by 15,6% compared with the three months ended April 2008. There was, however a 5,5% decrease between April 2008 and April 2009.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended April 2009 was 6,6% higher compared with the three months ended April 2008. There was, however a 1,6% decrease between April 2008 and April 2009.
The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended April 2009 increased by 13,1% compared with the three months ended April 2008. There was also a 17,4% increase between April 2008 and April 2009.
