Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, February 2009
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt for the three months ended February 2009 increased by 15,4% compared with the three months ended February 2008. There was also a 14,4% increase between February 2008 and February 2009.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended February 2009 was 4,8% lower compared with the three months ended February 2008. There was also a decrease of 8,2% between February 2008 and February 2009.
The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended February 2009 increased by 5,4% compared with the three months ended February 2008. There was, however, a decrease of 9,3% between February 2008 and February 2009.
