Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, January 2009
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt for the three months ended January 2009 decreased by 0,7% compared with the three months ended January 2008. There was also a 2,9% decrease between January 2008 and January 2009.
The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended January 2009 decreased by 8,7% compared with the three months ended January 2008. There was also a decrease of 1,5% between January 2008 and January 2009.
The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended January 2009 increased by 14,9% compared with the three months ended January 2008. There was also a 21,1% increase between January 2008 and January 2009.
