Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, October 2008
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt for the three months ended October 2008 increased by 6,8% compared with the three months ended October 2007. There was also an increase of 4,7% between October 2007 and October 2008. The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended October 2008 decreased by 14,6% compared with the three months ended October 2007. There was also a decrease of 14,8% between October 2007 and October 2008. The total value of civil judgements recorded for the three months ended October 2008 decreased by 8,3% compared with the three months ended October 2007. There was a decrease of 17,8% in the value of civil judgements recorded for debt between October 2007 and October 2008.
