Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, September 2008
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt for the three months ended September 2008 increased by 3,5% compared with the three months ended September 2007. There was also an increase of 16,7% between September 2007 and September 2008. The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended September 2008 decreased by 13,7% compared with the three months ended September 2007. There was also a decrease of 7,7% between September 2007 and September 2008. The total value of civil judgements recorded for the three months ended September 2008 increased by 2,2% compared with the three months ended September 2007. Furthermore, there was an increase of 1,2% in the value of civil judgements recorded for debt between September 2007 and September 2008.
