Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, January 2008
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt for the three months ended January 2008 decreased by 15,3% compared with the three months ended January 2007. The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended January 2008 decreased by 15,1% compared with the three months ended January 2007. The total value of civil judgements recorded for the three months ended January 2008 decreased by 20,1% compared with the three months ended January 2007.
