Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, April 2007
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt for the three months ended April 2007 decreased by 6,2% compared with the three months ended April 2006. The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended April 2007 decreased by 20,8% compared with the three months ended April 2006. The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended April 2007 decreased by 14,5% compared with the three months ended April 2006.
