Key findings: P0041 - Statistics of civil cases for debt, October 2006
The total number of civil summonses issued for debt for the three months ended October 2006 increased by 8,6% compared with the three months ended October 2005. The total number of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended October 2006 decreased by 7,5% compared with the three months ended October 2005. The total value of civil judgements recorded for debt for the three months ended October 2006 decreased by 12,7% compared with the three months ended 2005.
